Karen Secor, Team Manager
Karen graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor's degree in Business and Home Economics. Upon graduating, she went to work for Goldwater's Department Store in Phoenix, Arizona as a children's buyer. After a move to Midland, Texas, she worked for an accounting firm as an Account Manager. Karen and her husband Mike have lived in the Plano area for the past twenty years and have three children. Karen was a stay-at-home mom and a volunteer in the Plano Independent School District for many years. After re-entering the work force last year Karen went to work for a real estate company and is now working with TEAM-PRZADA as the Team Manager.

Bob Baker - Contracts Manager/Team Leader
Responsibility: Bob is a Board member of CCAR, TREC, GRI and Women’s Council of Realtors and Instructor at Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School. He reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction and provides guidance through the negotiation process and closing process. In addition, he communicates regulations that the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires for all agent-client fiduciary relationships.

Michael Tritthart, Technology Trainer/Consultant
Responsibility: Michael Tritthart is a technology trainer/consultant based out of the Keller Williams Plano market center. With more that a decade of experience in educational technology training, Michael offers training and technology support to the Plano market center agents and staff, thus providing a valuable service that is passed on to their clients.
Michael comes from a successful real estate family and has trained thousands of Realtors® the past four years. He earned his BA in Education at the University of Central Oklahoma and completed studies for a Masters of Education degree from the University of North Texas in 2000. In addition, he is a Texas Real Estate Commission approved trainer with certification in numerous Mandatory Continuing Education courses. All of these courses, and others, are offered at the Plano market center and are open to everyone.
